Purpose
Heat resistant high strength films are a special type of heat shrinkable polyethylene films, which have special characteristics and are used in conditions requiring high temperature resistance and resistance to mechanical damage.
The main characteristics of such films are:
Heat resistance: These films can withstand high temperatures up to 136 °C (or even higher in some cases). This heat resistance makes them an ideal choice for packaging products that may be exposed to high temperatures during production, storage or transport.
Toughness and puncture resistance: These films are highly tough and puncture resistant, making them a reliable and safe material for packaging even hard or sharp objects.
Flexibility: Despite their strength, heat resistant films are flexible, making them easy to use when packaging different shapes and sizes of goods.
Chemical Resistance: Films can also be chemical resistant, allowing them to be used for packaging products that may come into contact with harsh chemicals or solvents.
Transparency: Some heat resistant films can be transparent, allowing visual inspection of the packaged goods without having to open the packaging.
These high strength heat resistant films are used in various industries such as the food industry (food packaging), chemical industry, medical industry, as well as for packaging of electronic components and other technical goods where high temperature resistance and strength are essential for product safety and security.
